Real Arkansas projects, start to finish. Water, fire, and the rebuild afterward.
Our owner spent 30+ years in construction and roofing before restoration, and fourteen of those years have been in water damage specifically. It’s why we don’t stop at drying.
Plenty of restoration companies are mitigation-only. They pull the water out, run equipment until the readings come back right, and hand you a list of contractors for everything after. We do the repairs ourselves — one company, one scope, and nobody learning your property from scratch halfway through.
A property manager called about a pipe break in a college building in Little Rock. Water had spread across the auditorium, conference rooms, classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways. The building had never had a loss on that scale.
Large loss equipment — desiccants and generators — to stabilize moisture levels across the building, then a large quantity of drying equipment for a targeted structural drying process.
Quick extraction to stop secondary damage from worsening, selective demolition to minimize the repair work needed, and protective barriers placed over materials that hadn’t been affected.

A frozen pipe burst in an 11-story downtown Little Rock hotel and the water worked its way all the way down. Over 200 rooms, lobbies, and common areas were affected across multiple floors — with the hotel still operating.
Downtown. Limited parking and access points. We closed an access road to stage large loss equipment, then placed equipment and ran cords deliberately so guests and staff could keep moving through the building.
Large loss equipment, commercial structural drying and stabilization, and significant content manipulation across every affected floor.

The IICRC sets the standards this industry works to. Master-level certification requires years of documented field experience on top of coursework, and holding three is uncommon.
Extraction, moisture mapping, and structural drying — the core of most of what we do.
Soot, smoke migration, and odor, which reach well past the materials that actually burned.
Rugs, upholstery, and clothing. It matters more than it sounds once contents come out of a loss.
Our technicians are IICRC-certified, with Master-level certifications on staff. We pay for training and certification because the alternative is learning on somebody’s house.
